Job summary
A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage employee payroll and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will handle payroll processing, attendance records, and will address employee queries related to salaries. Strong knowledge of payroll systems is essential. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in handling payroll for employees.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and payroll systems.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Prepare WPS files and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Verify attendance, overtime, deductions, leaves, and allowances.
- Handle salary advances, final settlements, and reimbursements.
Skills
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to manage employee payroll, attendance records, and salary processing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll systems, UAE labor laws, and excellent organizational skills.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Prepare WPS files and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Verify attendance, overtime, deductions, leaves, and allowances.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR/payroll system.
- Handle salary advances, final settlements, EOSB (End of Service Benefits), and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments regarding employee salary issues.
- Address employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for management.
- Ensure confidentiality of all payroll and employee information.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks when required.
