Responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnership initiatives for the Wealth Management and Asset Institute (WMAI), identifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across the financial sector. This role will drive the institute's growth by establishing collaborations with sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, government entities, and educational partners, while promoting the institute's programs and enhancing its reputation as a center of excellence for asset and wealth management education in the region.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred
Professional certifications in wealth management, financial services, or business development – advantageous
Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or client relationship roles.
Experience in financial services, educational institutions, or professional development organizations.
Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
Experience working in the GCC region and understanding of regional financial landscape.
Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the asset and wealth management ecosystem, including sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, family offices, and government entities.
Develop comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with the institute's mission, vision, and growth objectives.
Negotiate partnership agreements, MOUs, and collaboration frameworks that create mutual value for all parties involved.
Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within target organizations.
Collaborate with WMI Singapore and Ray Dalio's team to leverage their global networks and expertise in partnership development.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the institute's executive education programs and other offerings.
Create compelling value propositions for different target audiences, highlighting program benefits and unique selling points.
Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials, digital content, and campaign assets.
Represent the institute at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and attract participants.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in financial education.
Develop and execute business development plans to achieve enrollment targets for executive education programs.
Identify opportunities for developing customized programs for specific organizations and sectors.
Explore geographic expansion opportunities within the GCC region, preparing market entry strategies for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
Develop pricing strategies and sponsorship models that ensure financial sustainability while remaining competitive.
Establish key performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to track business development success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying new opportunities.
Develop and implement account management frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
