Job summary

A luxury hotel group is seeking a Human Resources Executive in the United Arab Emirates to support administrative tasks and initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities

As Human Resources Executive, I will behave in a professional manner and set an example to all. I will abide by Six Senses principles, core values, best practices, guidelines and objectives, while respecting other cultures and nationalities and projecting a positive and proactive position to help build and maintain a strong, loyal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Human Resources Director across all administrative tasks of the department
  • Support the Training & Host Wellness Manager in planning and executing Host Wellness initiatives
  • Support the Accommodation Officer with overall housing requirements
  • Support the property’s payroll function
  • Assist the Director of HR in preparing monthly reports
  • Assist with the recruitment and interview processes
  • Assist with coordination of new hire orientation and training for new hosts
  • Assist with variety of host events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene
  • Know all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements
  • Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, applying an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and using confidential information only to perform my job
Qualifications

To execute the position of Human Resources Executive, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Hospitality Management
  • More than one year’s experience in a similar human resources role
  • Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, and some knowledge of the local language and customs
