About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Company Manager to join the resort’s Entertainment Administration team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily artistic operations of the show and ensure the “quality of Life” on the show (health, well-being, safety, security), focusing on the Cast and Stage Management.
  • Work with the Resident Director, Resident Choreographer, Stage Management and Technical Managers to ensure smooth operations, a cohesive working relationship and efficient communications for the show.
  • Work alongside the Resident Director and Resident Choreographer for all artistic operation requirements.
  • Maintain a dialogue between the company, the creative and producing team, and other key stakeholders to ensure transparency and strong communication across departments.
  • Understand the morale and spirit of the company through regular consultation and individual meetings.
  • Engender a positive attitude amongst the company and manage their holistic wellbeing, escalating issues to producers as needed.
  • Work with designated performer representatives to respond to feedback and concerns from the company.
  • In coordination with finance and general management, manage payroll for the company, monitor overtime, absence records, cover responsibilities, and implement use of timesheets as required.
  • Manage petty cash, credit card, or other purchases as required, and undertake any relevant budget management where needed.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the cast on policy interpretation and employee relations.
  • Oversee all performer discipline in conjunction with the show management team and maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and process all performer disciplinary actions including, SPI’s and terminations in conjunction with the show management team and Wynn Human Resources.
  • Prepare the paperwork and process all leave of absences in conjunction with the Wynn Human Resources and Workers’ Compensation department.
About You
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in theatre management, preferably with a large scale, live theatrical production.
  • Must be able to manage staff and perform under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to direct and motivate the performers.
  • Must be highly organized and able to function in a stressful environment.
  • Must be able to manage, prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Must possess excellent problem‑solving skills, strong organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills with proven talents in leadership and teamwork.
  • Must be able to break down barriers between backstage and onstage personnel.
  • Must be a team builder and be able to create strong teams.
