UGC Creator Coordinator | Project Coordinator

Manage all UGC workflow management, creator communication, deliverables tracking, and admin processes. Remove operational bottlenecks from Account Managers by overseeing all creator communication and follow‑ups, maintaining accurate deliverables trackers and Notion boards, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and creator progress, coordinating folder structures, naming conventions, and documentation, and completing first‑round QC for completeness.

Escalate issues or blockers early to the AM, ensure all workflows stay unblocked and on schedule, and provide weekly/monthly operational updates.

Additionally, manage the UGC pipeline across 5–10 top‑tier accounts, track deliverables for high‑volume content accounts, support AMs where UGC output is highest, and work on operational improvements within Notion workflows to reduce admin load, creator chasing, and workflow friction.

This is an initial 3‑month contract with the opportunity of extension. Reports to the Account Manager.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

With a high degree of autonomy, you’ll be responsible for achieving key metrics, such as CAC, NC‑ROAS, eROAS, and ad spend targets.
