Role Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel ensuring accurate financial reporting budgeting forecasting and compliance with financial regulations. This is a critical role that supports executive decision making through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the hotels budget forecast and financial plans
• Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly quarterly and annual reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax laws and internal policies
• Manage cash flow cost control and profitability
• Supervise finance including accounts payable/receivable payroll and audit functions
• Liaise with external auditors banks and regulatory bodies
• Advise management on financial implications of operational decisions
• Implement financial controls and systems to safeguard hotel assets
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize revenue and minimize expenses

• Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in hospitality is a must.
• Proven expertise of hotel accounting systems
