Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained.
  • Manage performance management systems including goal setting appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws regulations and company policies.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Administer compensation benefits and payroll in coordination with finance.
  • Handle employee relations issues conflict resolution and grievance management professionally.
  • Implement HR policies procedures and best practices for operational efficiency.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics for senior management review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Master s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 7 years of HR management experience preferably within the automotive or related industry.
