A leading engineering firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor. The role involves supervising a team, overseeing installation and maintenance of E&I systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in oil & gas with E&I supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Responsabilités
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and electricians.
- Oversee installation and maintenance of E&I systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and PTW compliance.
