A leading airline in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Tool Shop & GSE Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure that all tools and ground support equipment are maintained and compliant. The ideal candidate will manage a team of technicians, coordinate repairs, maintain safety protocols, and ensure operational readiness. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in tool shop or GSE maintenance.
Experience with CMMS and tool tracking software.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Responsabilités
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of ground support equipment.
Lead, train, and evaluate a team of tool shop and GSE technicians.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Connaissances
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Effective communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Skills to interpret maintenance data
Formation
Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, or aviation technology
