Job summary
A leading airline in Sharjah is seeking a Paint Shop Supervisor to lead operations in the paint shop, focusing on overseeing painting activities and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The role requires at least 3 years of experience with commercial aircraft and strong mentorship skills. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing paint maintenance on large aircraft.
- Experience in a Base Maintenance Workshop environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and safety standards.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Mentor team members and enhance communication within the team.
