We’re looking for an experienced and driven Head of Operations to lead and scale our operational functions. This role involves managing a team of 20+, streamlining processes, and aligning operations with business goals to drive efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of operations management experience (corporate services preferred)
• Proven leadership of large teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in operational tools and reporting systems
