We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Fixture Operations Executive to support our shipping broking (post-fixture/dirty desk) operations. Please note: this role is specifically related to shipping brokerage activities and is not connected to cargo handling or logistics operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Maritime or Shipping Studies.
  • Minimum 7 years of overall work experience, including at least 5 years in shipping (operations, commercial shipping, or related fields).
  • Experience working with or supporting a Dirty Brokers Desk is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours to accommodate global time zones.
  • Strong IT proficiency with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly focused, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strong diligence and work ethics.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
