Food Runner/ F&B Cashier (Lebanese Concept-Upper Casual Dining)
Job summary
A dining establishment in the UAE is seeking Cashiers and Food Runners who will ensure guests have a smooth experience. Responsibilities include handling payments, delivering food, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized dining area. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in Lebanese or Arabic dining, and should be willing to work across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in upper casual or Lebanese/Arabic dining.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems required for the cashier role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a team player with a passion for hospitality.
- Willingness to relocate across various cities in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest payments and operate POS systems effectively.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.

We are hiring Cashiers and Food Runners to join our Upper Casual Lebanese dining concept. As part of the service team, you will ensure smooth guest experiences, accurate transactions, and efficient delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle guest payments and operate POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service at the counter
- Ensure accuracy in billing and cash handling
- Support the service team when required
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Assist waiters in maintaining smooth service flow
- Ensure orders are served to the right guests
- Support in keeping the dining area organized
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (upper casual or Lebanese/Arabic dining preferred)
