Operations Coordinator jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of plant operations including production maintenance quality control safety and workforce management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence reducing costs enhancing productivity and ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient safe and high-quality production.
  

• Lead and coordinate production planning scheduling and inventory control.
  

• Implement and monitor KPIs to track productivity quality safety and compliance.
  

• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team including production supervisors maintenance personnel and quality assurance staff.
  

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
  

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
  

• Ensure adherence to safety environmental and quality standards (ISO OSHA etc.).
  

• Collaborate with supply chain finance and HR departments to optimize operations.
  

• Develop and manage budgets and cost-control strategies.
  

• Report regularly to senior management on plant performance challenges and opportunities.
  

• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent (Master s degree preferred).
  

• Proven experience (8 12 years) in plant operations or production management preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  

• Excellent knowledge of production planning maintenance and quality systems.
  

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing Six Sigma or Kaizen principles.
  

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
  

• Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
