Job summary
A leading hospitality company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Floor Supervisor to manage customer service and oversee staff operations. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management and 3 to 4 years of experience in F&B operations. Key responsibilities include managing bill payments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to brand standards. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 3 – 4 years of experience in F&B operations, out of which 1 year in a similar supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Handle customers' bill payments and deal with any complaints.
- Oversee work done by all staff members and ensure adherence to preparation techniques.
- Participate in achieving the organization’s goals and targets.
