PROFESSIONAL FRENCH LANGUAGE TEACHER POSITION

About the Client

The client (Principal) is a high-profile executive based in Dubai. You would be in charge of instructing the Principal and may also give lessons to other family members.

The Project

• We are looking for 1 French Teacher ready to start working as soon as possible.
• You must have prior experience working for VIP or private employers.
• You should be able to adapt your training courses to specific individual demands and must speak, write, and read French fluently, as well as English.
• Ideally, you are a French native, sharing your culture and the French way of life.
• We seek someone accustomed to high standards and capable of responding to high demand.

This is a permanent position with a 3-month probation period.

You will report directly to the Principal and define your lessons based on his needs and goals in learning the French language. The Principal has prior knowledge of French and is passionate about the language and culture.

The family seeks an Experienced and Reliable French Teacher to work with them.

You must have significant experience as a French Teacher in both institutional organizations (schools or universities) and in private environments, especially for VIPs. Candidates lacking this dual experience will not be considered.

Your responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and sessions tailored to the varying levels of family members, particularly the Principal.

You should motivate the Principal to learn French, delivering engaging lessons in a private environment. Flexibility and entertainment are key components of this role.

To succeed, you will focus on various assessments, including written and oral exercises, while paying attention to family members with different capabilities.

Performing administrative tasks as needed is mandatory. You should possess excellent communication skills in both French and English, avoiding grammatical mistakes.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks by priority are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and planning French teaching strategies.
• Implementing lessons according to each member's level, especially the Principal.
• Explaining concepts to the Principal in French.
• Creating teaching materials and aids.
• Conducting assessments and ensuring correct pronunciation of French words.
• Organizing engaging sessions for the Principal and family.
• Maintaining reports for future reference.
• Researching various teaching methods and remaining flexible to the client's needs.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in French language, French Literature, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a French teacher or in a similar role in education.
• Experience working for VIP or private employers is mandatory.
• Significant experience as a French Teacher in both institutional and private environments.
• Excellent French communication skills (written, read, and spoken).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Outstanding problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Honesty and trustworthiness with a clean criminal record.

Salary: EUR 4000 - EUR 6000, depending on profiles.

Package: Includes private accommodation (shared with another female staff member), flight tickets to Dubai, working permits, and health insurance.
