Job summary

A leading consultancy in the UAE is seeking a Head of Training to oversee clinical training and service standards across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree related to healthcare or aesthetics and at least 7 years of experience in clinical training. Key responsibilities include developing training strategies, managing trainers, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel throughout the UAE.

  • Train staff on the use and safety of laser devices and aesthetic protocols.
  • Manage a team of regional trainers and collaborate with HR and Marketing.
  • Conduct routine audits and implement corrective action plans.

Job description

To lead and manage the clinical and service training function across multiple clinic locations ensuring high-quality onboarding continuous development and consistent adherence to clinical protocols. The Head of Training will design deliver and refine training programs covering clinical SOPs laser technologies aesthetic treatments and customer experience standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training Strategy & Development
  • Develop and execute a structured training strategy aligned with overall operational and clinical excellence goals.

  • Create comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires particularly Skin Practitioners (SPs) and Beauty Therapists.

  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and skill progression.

2. Onboarding & Continuous Learning
  • Oversee the entire onboarding journey for new clinical staff ensuring alignment with organizational SOPs and service standards.

  • Create refresher modules and ongoing training plans to support continuous upskilling.

  • Ensure uniform communication and implementation of clinical protocols service guidelines and brand values (generic).

3. Clinical & Technical Training
  • Train staff on the proper use safety and maintenance of laser hair removal and aesthetic devices.

  • Ensure thorough understanding and consistent execution of clinical treatment protocols.

  • Conduct competency assessments and provide coaching to enhance performance.

4. Team Management & Collaboration
  • Manage a team of regional trainers clinical coaches or external training consultants.

  • Work closely with Medical HR Operations and Marketing teams to align training objectives.

  • Act as the link between clinical advancements operational needs and frontline execution.

5. Auditing & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct routine audits service quality assessments and mystery evaluations.

  • Identify gaps and implement targeted retraining or corrective action plans based on performance trends or customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing Cosmetology or a related clinical field; certifications in Aesthetic Medicine or Professional Training preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical training within the aesthetic dermatology beauty or wellness industry.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of laser devices (e.g. medical-grade platforms) and advanced skin/aesthetic procedures.

  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have a valid UAE driving license and ability to travel within the UAE.
