This full-time role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Italian national preferred to support cultural authenticity in the culinary experience.
Responsabilités
Assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations.
Prepare and present dishes in line with traditional and modern Italian standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation.
Monitor kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
Contribute to the development of seasonal Italian menus.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
Manage kitchen inventory, food cost control, and waste reduction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning kitchen environment.
