In this strategic role you'll drive product inclusion in major energy projects, deliver expert technical support, and shape the future of insulation performance in the region.
- Develop and manage engineering specifications for energy projects across MEA
- Secure product inclusion by engaging with Owners, EPCs, and consultants
- Support detailed design phases, including technical drawings and quantity take-offs
- Deliver technical calculations and proposals during bidding stages
- Conduct technical audits at key CAPEX and OPEX sites
- Provide training and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate on product development, testing, and certification processes
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 10 years in oil & gas or industrial insulation
- Strong expertise in insulation systems, performance calculations, and specification-driven environments
- Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and piping layouts
- Proven ability to deliver technical support and engage stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), and ideally insulation design software
- Willing to travel across the MEA region as needed
