Job summary
An educational institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Education Consultant to provide personalized tutoring and support to students. The role involves regular progress monitoring, creating assessment reports, and engaging with parents regarding their children's education. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small group tutoring to help students improve understanding and performance.
- Assist students with homework and assignments, developing good study habits.
- Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to managers and parents.
- Create detailed reports after tutoring sessions to document student performance.
- Act as a mentor and role model, offering guidance to build student confidence.
- Work closely with staff to align tutoring strategies with teaching objectives.
- Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance tutoring skills and stay updated.
- Conduct engaging tutoring sessions both in-person and online.
- Academic Support: Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects to help students improve their understanding and performance.

- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents as needed.

- Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model offering guidance and support to help students build confidence and resilience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Center Manager and other staff to align tutoring strategies with teaching instruction and objectives.
- Parent Communication: Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops conducted by company to enhance tutoring skills and stay updated on best practices in education.
