Education Consultant Responsibilities:

1. Academic Support: Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects to help students improve their understanding and performance.
2. Homework Assistance: Assist students with homework and assignments ensuring they develop good study habits and time management skills.
3. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents as needed.
4. Assessment Reports: Creating detailed reports after each tutoring session to document student performance areas for improvement and any relevant feedback for parents or guardians.
5. Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model offering guidance and support to help students build confidence and resilience.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the Center Manager and other staff to align tutoring strategies with teaching instruction and objectives.
7. Parent Communication: Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.
8. Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops conducted by the company to enhance tutoring skills and stay updated on best practices in education.
9. Engagement: Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions both in person and online, maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar teaching role, preferably within early childhood education or kindergarten is often required.
• Experience with lesson planning, child assessment, and creating a nurturing classroom environment is beneficial.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with young children, their parents, and other staff members.
• Ability to create a structured, positive, and supportive environment for young learners.
• Ability to develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Understanding the emotional and developmental needs of young children.
• Passion for Working with Children: A genuine interest in nurturing and educating young learners.
