The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Draft, review, and respond to emails, correspondence, and reports on behalf of executives.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Project Assistance: Support in project management, research, data collection, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Confidential Management: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Operational Efficiency: Anticipate executives’ needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the point of contact between executives, clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Travel & Event Coordination: Arrange logistics for business trips, conferences, and corporate events.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.
