Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking an experienced Gymnastics Coach to join an elite fitness and health club in Dubai Sports City, offering world-class facilities including sauna, swimming, gyms, Pilates, dance, gymnastics, and more.

Qualifications

• Relevant gymnastics coaching qualifications, degrees, or certificates
• Experience coaching recreational, pre-team, and competitive gymnastics
• Knowledge of USA Gymnastics Development Program or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, patience, enthusiasm, and adaptability
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous learning

Duties & Responsibilities

• Instruct gymnasts on proper techniques, form, and safety
• Coach recreational, pre-team, and competitive classes safely and effectively
• Manage classes or teams, maintaining a positive training environment
• Ensure adherence to USA Gymnastics rules and regulations
• Maintain engagement and safety for all participants

Location and Details

Location: Dubai, UAE

Sessions: 4 to 5 sessions per day

Work schedule: 5 or 6 days per week (to be discussed during the interview)
