As a member of Munich Re, the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing & Client Partnership Lead, which will play a vital role in supporting MedNet’s commercial organization through the execution of marketing strategies, client solutions initiatives, and cross-functional commercial projects. The role supports the delivery of client-specific solutions, enhances strategic client experience, and strengthens MedNet’s commercial and marketing impact.

Your Role :

Marketing and Brand Management :

• Lead the development and quality control of marketing materials across various channels and platforms.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs), leveraging data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Act as the primary liaison for external marketing partners while managing the marketing budget and leading the development of impactful, brand-aligned materials across various channels.
• Lead cross-functional commercial projects and implement client-specific solutions that enhance service delivery, client engagement, and operational outcomes.
• Support business development through RFP responses, pitch decks, and strategic proposals that align with client needs and MedNet’s value proposition.
• Gather and analyze client feedback, translating insights into actionable plans for service enhancement.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure integrated support for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and maintain documentation of best practices across MedNet entities.
• Represent MedNet in relevant marketing and client meetings, acting as a brand ambassador and liaison.

Your Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or customer success roles.
• Experience in managing marketing projects, preferably in the healthcare or insurance sector.
• Strong background in project coordination with cross-functional teams.
