QA/QC Engineer — Fit-Out & Joinery Quality Assurance
Job summary
A construction firm is seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all fit-out and joinery works meet required quality standards and client expectations. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, developing quality control procedures, and coordinating with project teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with quality standards is essential, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in fit‑out and joinery.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, BS, and ASTM.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for fit‑out and joinery.
- Conduct inspections of materials and finished products.
- Maintain documentation of inspections and quality control records.
- Work closely with project managers and site engineers on quality measures.
