Job Description

Assist senior engineers in the design and development of electrical systems and components for electromechanical products. The role includes the following responsibilities:

• Design Support: Assist senior engineers, create schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams using CAD software under guidance, participate in design reviews, provide input to optimize designs for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Testing and Validation: Support testing and validation of electrical systems through hands‑on testing, data collection, and analysis; assist in setting up test environments, conduct tests per procedures, document results; troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Documentation and Compliance: Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory compliance including specifications, test reports, and technical documentation; ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (CE, UL, FCC).
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—mechanical, software engineers, technicians—to integrate electrical systems; communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Learning and Development: Continuously learn and expand technical skills through on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and self‑study; stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, best practices, contributing fresh ideas and insights.
