Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of HR business processes and a strong ability to bridge technical solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements and perform system testing.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to HCM modules.
• Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, and customizations.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and release testing activities.
• Assist with data uploads and conversions using HDL/Spreadsheet loaders.
• Create and maintain documentation including configuration guides, training materials, and SOPs.
