Job summary
A recruitment firm in the UAE is seeking a Technician-Fire Alarm for a 6-month extendable contract. Mandatory details/Skills-
- Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems including control panels, detectors, and notification devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty components and wiring in fire alarm systems.
- Ensure all systems comply with applicable codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, UAE Civil Defense regulations).
- Program and configure fire alarm panels and integrate with other safety systems (e.g., sprinklers, access control).
- Perform scheduled maintenance and generate service reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, safety inspectors, and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Document inspections, test results, and repairs in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and system malfunctions.
- Train end-users on proper system usage and safety protocols.
