A renowned hospitality entity in Dubai is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Catering Department Manager. This position involves overseeing restaurant operations, enhancing profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates will possess strong crisis management skills, transparency, and integrity, contributing positively to both the team and guests. This full-time role does not offer remote work options.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the catering department including restaurants and event spaces.
- Develop outlet profitability and participate in menu engineering.
- Recruit, supervise, and coordinate all restaurant staff.

You are the responsible of the catering department (restaurant bar and work/event spaces).
In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices.
You recruit supervise direct & coordinate all the restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities.
