We are seeking a highly driven Acquisition & Operations Manager to support the expansion of our fast-growing holiday home portfolio.

The primary responsibility of this role is the acquisition of new properties: both through management agreements and subleasing (rental arbitrage), while ensuring seamless day-to-day operational coordination across our team.

The ideal candidate thrives in identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and building strong, long-term relationships with property owners, while maintaining day-to-day operational oversight and ensuring that our cleaning, maintenance, and guest communication teams consistently uphold high service standards across the portfolio.
