Job summary

The successful candidate will manage supply chain processes, optimize e-commerce fulfillment, and ensure excellent customer service. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in Operations or E-commerce, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English, French, and Arabic. We’re hiring: Operations Manager – Wellness Brand (Ref: OM-DXB-2025)
GreenRocks Consulting is supporting a Dubai-based wellness brand on a mission to make feeling good a daily ritual. We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations and elevate customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.

Role Overview

You will oversee the company’s operational engine — supply chain e-commerce fulfillment customer service data and admin compliance — while working closely with founders suppliers and partners to ensure efficiency quality and growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain & Product Development
  • Forecast and optimize COGS raw materials & packaging
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate across regions
  • Lead product development & R&D coordination
  • Onboard new manufacturers to support innovation & scale
2. Operations Management
  • Oversee daily B2C & B2B fulfillment
  • Supervise customer service across all channels
  • Implement SOPs for warehousing logistics & customer experience
3. E-Commerce & Digital Operations
  • Manage and optimize the website/e-commerce platform
  • Coordinate product launches translations promotions & A/B tests
  • Align visuals and banners with brand guidelines
  • Manage subscriptions offers and retention strategies
4. Data Forecasting & Finance Support
  • Maintain dashboards for sales inventory & KPIs
  • Support Finance with reconciliations payments & settlements
  • Drive data-based demand planning and forecasting
5. Administration & Compliance
  • Manage licenses insurance permits & staff visas
  • Update internal policies and documentation
  • Coordinate with HR PRO and compliance partners
Requirements
  • 2–3 years in Operations Supply Chain or E-commerce (FMCG/Consumer Goods a plus)
  • Strong project management & organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Shopify experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication negotiation & problem solving
  • Fluent in English French and Arabic
