Job summary
An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to enhance sales in the On-Trade channel across the UAE. This role focuses on expanding market share, retaining existing accounts, and acquiring new business through ethical sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Key Account management, preferably within the hospitality sector, and must possess a valid Driving License. We are recruiting for a reputed FMCG business that has a strong presence in the region.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Key Account Manager will be responsible to drive sales of the category across the On-Trade channel in the UAE (i.e.: Hotels, Restaurants, Cafe's). The core focus of this role is to expand market share and penetration across the channel by retaining and growing revenue from existing accounts while acquiring new business through propositions and ethical sales methods.
- Drive sales of the category across the On-Trade channel in the UAE.
- Expand market share and penetration across the channel.
- Retain and grow revenue from existing accounts.
- Acquire new business through propositions and ethical sales methods.
- 3-5 years of Key Account management experience within the HORECA/On-Premise channel is a must have.
- Sales experience dealing with Key Accounts from the Hospitality industry will also be considered.
- Western Educated female preferred.
- Must have a Driving License.
