Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and well-rounded Talent Manager for our client, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, who will oversee the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and talent retention, ensuring the hotel attracts, develops, and retains high performing talent aligned with luxury hospitality standards. Due to client requirements, this role is open to European candidates only.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment and staffing strategies across all hotel departments
  • Partner with department heads on workforce planning and talent needs
  • Drive performance management, appraisals, and development planning
  • Support talent planning, succession planning, and internal mobility
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, HR policies, and brand standards
  • Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and employer branding initiatives
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and probation processesPrepare talent related reports and analytics for management
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in Talent Management within a luxury or five star hotel environment
  • Strong exposure to recruitment as well as broader talent and performance frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant HR or Talent Management experience, preferably within international hotel brands
