I. Recruitment Delivery & Sourcing
- Job Marketing: Draft edit and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms including NAFIS, LinkedIn and other specialized job boards ensuring maximum visibility to UAE National candidates.
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source, review and screen candidate profiles utilizing creative strategies to identify individuals whose skills and experience match job requirements.
- Assessment: Conduct initial interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, motivation and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Prepare and present shortlisted CVs and comprehensive candidate profiles to internal and external Hiring Managers.
- Interview Coordination: Efficiently coordinate and facilitate all stages of the interview process.
II. Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Process Support: Guide candidates smoothly through all stages of the onboarding process including documentation and pre-employment checks.
- Transition: Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into their respective roles and client environments.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure high engagement and positive experience throughout the recruitment and placement cycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Nationality: UAE National with a Family Book is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or client relationship management (in an agency or in-house setting).
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional social media platforms (like LinkedIn Recruiter).
