Qualifications

• 4–7 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Familiar with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
• Experience handling bulk hiring and project mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for onshore and offshore roles.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Skills

Strong understanding of technical roles

Education
