Job summary

A regional recruitment agency based in Abu Dhabi seeks a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should have proven recruitment experience, especially in the oil and gas sector. Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Salary Models

💰 Option 1: Fixed Salary (Negotiable)

💰 Option 2: Salary + Commission (Performance-Based)

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: role intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, referrals, and networking
  • Deliver strong shortlists with clear recommendations
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Support offer facilitation and onboarding handover
  • Use ATS and recruitment tools to manage CV databases, pipelines, and hiring metrics
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and talent market insights
  • Advise stakeholders on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and trends
  • Bring new clients onto the company books through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and meetings
  • Achieve monthly recruitment targets
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / executive search
  • Strong sector exposure: Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, EPC, or MEP
  • Advanced sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting)

  • UAE-based and immediately available
  • Fluent in English
