🚀 We’re Hiring: Recruiter | Dubai 🇦🇪

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

We’re looking for a delivery-focused Recruiter with UAE hiring experience, particularly exposure to banking / financial services roles, who is equally comfortable hiring across non-banking positions.

This is not an HR operations, policy, or talent strategy role.

This is a hands‑on recruitment delivery role where speed, screening quality, and closure matter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • End‑to‑end recruitment across:
    • Sales
    • Operations
    • Admin
    • Professional / specialist roles
  • Active sourcing via:
    • LinkedIn
    • Job portals
    • Referrals
    • Direct outreach
  • Conduct first‑level screening to assess:
    • Role relevance & real experience
    • Tenure stability
    • Communication & attitude
    • Documentation & joining readiness
    • Apply prior UAE banking / financial services hiring exposure where relevant (not exclusive, but mandatory experience)
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure tight follow‑ups
  • Manage offers, joining timelines, and candidate communication
  • Maintain clean recruitment trackers and pipeline visibility
  • Actively minimise:
    • Offer dropouts
    • Ghosting
    • No‑shows
Who This Role Is For (Minimum Criteria)
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE
  • Exposure to hiring for UAE banking / financial services roles (agency, in‑house, or mixed portfolio — all acceptable)
  • ✅ Strong sourcing, screening, and follow‑up discipline
  • ✅ Comfortable working under timelines, targets, and hiring pressure
  • ✅ Execution‑first mindset (delivery > theory)
This Role Is NOT a Fit If
  • Your experience is limited to HR operations or policy
  • You prefer strategy decks over sourcing & screening
  • You struggle with follow‑ups, closures, or accountability
  • You are based outside the UAE
Compensation & Location
  • 💰 Salary up to AED 8,000 per month (based on experience)
