Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in Dubai seeks an HR Director to develop strategic HR initiatives for a major organisation. Candidates should possess at least 10 years of senior HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role at a large firm. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. This position offers competitive compensation of AED 50,000 to AED 60,000 monthly, along with opportunities for leadership and growth. The ideal candidate will drive HR innovation and compliance with local laws.
