Job summary

A well-established engineering company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations and recruitment activities for large-scale projects. This role requires a proactive HR professional with strong UAE labour law knowledge and at least 8 years of experience in the oil & gas or engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment cycles and ensure compliance with company policies. Excellent communication skills and team management abilities are essential. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience in the oil & gas or engineering sector.
• At least 5 years of HR experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations in compliance with UAE labour law.
• Manage full recruitment cycle and support line managers.
• Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and documentation.
