Job summary

A leading organization in the UAE is seeking an Emiratization Officer responsible for managing Emirati employee compliance with government regulations including hiring and pension contributions. The ideal candidate must be a UAE National with at least 12 years of experience in HR Emiratization and a solid understanding of relevant government frameworks. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required. This role does not support remote work and is a fulltime position.

Qualifications

• UAE National is mandatory.
• 12 years of experience in HR Emiratization.
• Solid understanding of pension systems and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess company needs for Emirati hiring per MOHRE targets.
• Coordinate with recruitment to hire UAE Nationals.
• Register new Emirati hires on Nafis platform.
• Monitor company accounts with pension funds.
