We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to join a leading groupin Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for providing direction, leadership and management of the human resources department. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strong background in labor relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, and performance management.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective human resources strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, and training and development.
  • Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the human resources budget.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics.
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR related matters.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Resolve employee grievances and disputes.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities.
  • Remain current on HR trends and best practices.>
