Human Resource Assistant — Location: Dubai, UAE; Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations of our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience and a strong understanding of HR processes within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Handle HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and policy acknowledgements.
  • Assist with visa processing, renewals, and coordination with PROs.
  • Respond to employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Working knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
