I. Job Responsibilities
1. Real Estate Business Support and Compliance (Core)
- Platform and System Management: Proficiently operate DLD (Land Department), Trakheesi systems, responsible for property license applications, ad postings, and commission process tracking.
- Property Maintenance: Monitor and update property information on platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, understand platform rules, independently operate to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Contract Management: Lead the drafting, signing, and administrative support for new, second-hand, and rental contracts after transfer.
- License Maintenance: Responsible for the annual renewal, fee payment, and compliance review of the company's RERA credentials and various government licenses.
2. Human Resource Management
- Full-Chain Recruitment: For sales and functional positions, expand local Dubai channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, industry communities), complete the entire process from screening to onboarding.
- Visa and Compliance: Handle employees' visa processing (new, renewal, cancellation) and insurance purchase; manage employee relations and labor contracts based on UAE Labor Law.
- HR Daily: Maintain employee files, manage attendance, assist finance in processing monthly payroll (WPS) and onboarding, transfer, and relocation procedures.
3. Comprehensive Administrative Affairs
- Office Operations: Responsible for company procurement, property coordination, dormitory and vehicle management, and expense review.
- Headquarters Collaboration: Coordinate with headquarters to submit basic financial statements and facilitate cross-departmental information flow.
Skills
Language and Nationality: Chinese nationality, fluent in both Chinese and English (can be used as working language for business correspondence and government communication).
Industry Background: At least 2 years of administrative experience in the Dubai real estate industry, familiar with the operation models of developers (such as Emaar, Damac).
Professional Skills
- Proficient in DLD / Trakheesi systems (mandatory requirement).
- 1-2 years of HR practical experience, familiar with labor laws and visa procedures.
- Proficient in property backend systems such as Bayut and Property Finder.
