We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking professional to lead the implementation of a comprehensive manpower planning framework and target operating model. You’ll develop data-driven workforce plans and take charge of the contingent workforce strategy. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll ensure supplier performance meets expectations and contracts are managed effectively—delivering real impact to how we plan, structure, and scale our workforce.
Key Result Areas:
1.Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive manpower planning and contingent workforce strategies, aligning them with the organization's strategic objectives while optimizing contingent working models to meet evolving business needs.
2.Oversee end-to-end contingent workforce operations, including requirement analysis, agency liaison, deployment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance monitoring, while ensuring compliance with risk management strategies and legislative requirements.
3.Establish and manage strategic partnerships with internal departments and external vendors, overseeing contract creation, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
4.Develop and maintain advanced reporting systems and analytics dashboards to provide accurate insights into resource utilization and productivity, while championing change management initiatives through effective communication.
5.Collaborate with HR and key business stakeholders to determine optimal people requirements, developing a version-controlled manpower blueprint that captures detailed characteristics of employee sub-groups and informs planning, rostering, and allocation practices.
6.Design and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues associated with manpower planning and contingent workforce operations, maintaining accountability for compliance with all legislative and occupational health and safety requirements.
7.Provide effective leadership in manpower planning and contingent workforce management, staying informed of industry best practices and emerging trends to position the organization at the forefront of workforce planning and workforce productivity innovation.
8.Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the HR Manager - Manpower Planning and HR Manager - Contingent Workforce, ensuring alignment of their operational activities with strategic goals, facilitating their professional growth, and overseeing their performance and development.

Education Qualification:
a) Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business administration, HR, industrial engineering or similar discipline.
Work Experience:
a) Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resource, resource management, manpower planning, contingent workforce or similar discipline or similar.
