We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant to CEO to join our growing team at Freelancerprox. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic and a passion for supporting the CEO in all aspects of their role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO including managing their schedule, organizing meetings and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and other materials as needed.
  • Assist with project management tasks including tracking deadlines, coordinating with team members and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO including booking flights, accommodations and transportation.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, clients and external partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
