• Establishing strong and productive relationships with clients and ensuring their requirements are being handled adequately.
• Acting as a bridge between clients and the internal teams.
• Ensuring the clients' queries are addressed promptly.
• Devising strategies to approach prospects.
• Addressing different ways to retain clients.
• Following up on open quotes and prospects through emails and phone calls.
• Assisting with proposals, NDAs, etc. whenever required.
• Making sales and maintaining the assigned sales targets for the region.
• Understanding and handling client-related matters.
• Attending and providing department-related updates to the board of directors during weekly/monthly company meetings.
• Feeding information into sales-related software such as Hubspot or any other CRM.
• Arranging regular client meetings.
• Drafting responses for RFPs.
• Short stays and traveling for work and meetings.
• Assisting targets to sales team members and monitoring the performance of the team.
• Providing technical and non-technical assistance to the sales team.
• Providing training to the sales team.
• Coordinating with other departments within the company for work-related matters.
• Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly regional sales targets.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience (Experience in the Translation and Localization industry is highly preferred).
• Excellent command of verbal and written English language is a must.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

• The job will be handled remotely.
• Official working days are set from Monday through Friday. (Due to business needs, a shift-based weekend schedule may be applied within the team members).
• Working hours start at 9 AM until 6 PM. (Working hours may vary to meet Dubai or KSA time zone).
• This position requires flexibility and availability to handle urgent requests that may come up after working hours or during weekends.
