About the Company

A leading printing and packaging solutions provider in the UAE, offering high-quality labels, in-mould/pressure-sensitive labeling to FMCG, food, beverage, and industrial clients across the GCC.

Role Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth across target industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B packaging or label sales, excellent market understanding, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the UAE and GCC.
  • Identify and pursue new clients within FMCG, food & beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in printing & packaging, labels, or FMCG supply industries.
  • Strong network of B2B customers in the region (preferred: FMCG, beverage, or industrial sectors).
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude.
  • Familiarity with printing technologies (flexo, offset, digital) and packaging materials is a strong plus.
