In a nutshell

The Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Sales, will focus on boosting Ultimate segment sales. This role is key in innovating customer acquisition, retention strategies, and expanding Ultimate's market presence. They will nurture and sustain essential relationships with stakeholders, clients, and potential business partners.

What you will do
  • Business Development : Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients who are looking to reward and incentivize their channel program partners, online trading & Crypto trading platform members.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration avenues to diversify and expand the client base.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and execute sales strategies that resonate with organization’s marketing and sales decision makers
  • Customize sales approaches to demonstrate Ultimate B2B’s value in enhancing reward and incentive programs.
  • Product Expertise : Maintain a thorough understanding of Ultimate B2B offerings and articulate the benefits and features effectively to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure Ultimate B2B offerings align with the market needs and customer expectations.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement.
  • Ensure that clients’ needs and expectations are met, turning satisfied clients into long-term partners and advocates.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence : Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to position Ultimate effectively in sales discussions.
  • Gather insights to inform and refine sales strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement approaches.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience Proven experience in Channel program Sales, working on business development for rewards product / company, preferably selling to B2B clients in Tech, Online Trading platforms, Crypto platforms and global travel aggregators
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to understand and leverage market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to engage and interact with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Results-driven with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
