Job Overview
As a Seller Performance and Compliance Manager at Amazon MENATR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional compliance frameworks to support seller registration, product compliance, and account health management. This includes horizon scanning for emerging regulations, guiding business and product teams through risk mitigations, and ensuring smooth seller operations aligned with legal and policy standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and manage compliance controls to support regulatory needs across e-commerce markets
* Collaborate with legal, business, tech, and operational stakeholders to embed compliance at scale
* Develop and monitor regulatory risk strategies and mitigation roadmaps
* Oversee seller registration and compliance initiatives to maintain account health
* Manage regulatory reporting and audit responses
* Monitor external legal changes and update internal policies accordingly
* Drive education campaigns for sellers on compliance and policy adherence
* Prepare executive-level reports on compliance risks and control effectiveness
* Maintain a centralized policy and risk documentation library

Job Requirements

* 5+ years cross-functional experience with tech and business teams
* 3+ years in compliance, audit, or risk-related program management
* Strong data skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and SQL
* Bachelor s degree in law, business, or a related field
* Ability to lead large initiatives and communicate at senior levels

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years delivering compliance programs end-to-end
* Experience managing audits or regulatory assessments
* Master's degree or certification in compliance or risk
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or high-volume digital platforms
