Job Description

As a Director of Operations, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the entire hotel operations, focusing on Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, Laundry, and F&B
• Representing hotel management in interactions with guests and external parties such as clients, government officials, suppliers, and the local community
• Assisting in developing and implementing strategic plans, marketing, budgeting, and setting goals to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability
• Monitoring quality assurance programs related to guest satisfaction and online reputation
• Resolving customer complaints appropriately
• Training and developing the Rooms Division and F&B colleagues
• Managing hotel personnel through supervision of department heads
• Monitoring industry trends and ensuring the execution of competitive programs
• Conducting inspections and ensuring facilities are maintained properly
• Enforcing emergency procedures for guest and staff safety
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations
