Job Description

A Service Advisor acts as a vital bridge between the customer and the mechanics, ensuring clear and effective communication to facilitate efficient and high-quality service delivery within automotive service centers. They are responsible for providing professional customer service and advising clients on necessary car repairs or services while ensuring that all services are performed promptly and meet quality standards. The role requires an understanding of automotive systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage customer relations to enhance the service experience. As the ambassador of service operations, the Service Advisor plays a crucial role in building customer trust and ensuring satisfaction, often through the accurate identification of vehicle issues and the coordination of required services.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet customers and listen to their needs and vehicle concerns attentively.
  2. Gather accurate information about the vehicle's history and current issues.
  3. Communicate clearly with customers regarding the repair processes and service status.
