• Ensure all cleaning supplies are well-stocked and equipment is maintained in excellent working condition.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages needing repair to the appropriate department.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping or hospitality industry, preferably within private residences.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping procedures and best practices for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
