We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Draughtsman to join our team and help us bring our clients' visions to life.

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans for fitout and joinery projects using CAD software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications
• Review and modify existing drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare material lists and cost estimates for projects
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into the designs
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD software to continuously improve design processes and techniques
• Ensure all drawings and plans comply with building codes and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Draughtsman, preferably in fitout and joinery projects
• Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
